MORLING RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE
Community is a central aspect of college life at Morling. We offer a number of townhouses, units and studio apartments for our students who study on campus with us.
SINGLE FULL-TIME STUDENTS
Accommodation for single full-time students is located in the new Morling Residential College (MRC), which opened in July 2016. Each studio apartment is carpeted and fitted with a bed, wardrobe, desk, lamp, air conditioning, book case, chair and an ensuite bathroom. Full time Morling students who live in MRC receive a bursary from Morling College towards the cost of living on campus. So as you look at the website below bear in mind that if you are happy to have a room allocated to you it will cost you $230.00/week in 2018. Plus, if you choose to utilise the college dining room meals for five days a week, three meals a day are $104.00. If you want to choose your own room then the full price applies. Apartments are available for students studying at Morling College, as well as those studying elsewhere.
There is a slightly cheaper option for small groups of single, full time Morling students to rent one of the two or three bedroom units on site should there be an availability. The units are unfurnished and prioritised to Morling College families over single students. Meals at up to $110 per week are also an option in this situation. MARRIED FULL-TIME STUDENTS
For married full-time students we have twenty-eight townhouses and units on the campus; 14 x three-bedroom units, 8 x two-bedrooms units, 6 x one-bedroom units. The townhouses and units are unfurnished. As there is considerable demand for this accommodation, it is wise to apply to the College as early as possible. Final confirmation of allocation will only be given once students are formally accepted in a full-time course of study.

ACCOMMODATION
Morling Residential College (MRC) opened in July 2016 and is a new 100 bed student accommodation building located in Macquarie Park. The vision of being a provider of student accommodation for both Morling College as well as other institutions such as Macquarie University in such an ideal location was able to be realised as land sales provided the capital for the project at a time when demand for accommodation grew.
RESIDENTS
MRC is ideal for both domestic and international students who desire their own living space yet also wish to be a part of a larger community of students. This includes students of Morling College, Macquarie University and other tertiary institutions.
COMMUNITY LIFE
At MRC we understand that living on campus is a unique opportunity to develop friendships and experience personal growth. Our proximity to Macquarie University, transport hubs and Macquarie Centre make our location ideal for students. We desire for MRC to be a home away from home for students while they are living here and we are committed to doing everything we can to help living at MRC be an enjoyable experience for all our residents.
