Rev. Karina Kreminski and Rev. Dr. David Starling
At the Morling College Board meeting on Tuesday 18th November it was decided to make two changes to the makeup of our faculty – a new lecturer and an internal appointment.
We are delighted to inform you that Rev. Karina Kreminski will be joining our Tinsley Institute team in 2015 as Lecturer in Missional Studies to oversee the creation of two new degrees: a Master in Missional Leadership and a Certificate in Church Planting. Karina has been the Senior Pastor at Community Life Church Cherrybrook for over 12 years and she is currently completing her doctorate through Regent University (USA) in the area of the formation of a missional people. Karina is also a noted blogger (http://karinakreminski.blogspot.com.au/) and regularly writes for Missio Alliance.
Rev. Dr Michael Frost, the Director of the Tinsley Institute and Vice Principal of Morling, stated, “Karina Kreminski’s status as a writer and thinker in the field of missional studies is growing internationally through her association with Missio Alliance and her studies at Regent University. We are delighted that she is joining our team and look forward to the contribution she’ll make in the Tinsley Institute and to the lives of future students”.
We are also thrilled to announce that one of our New Testament lecturers, Rev. Dr David Starling, has accepted the newly created position of Dean of Theology and Biblical Studies. David has recently authored UnCorinthian Leadership: Thematic Reflections on 1 Corinthians, and we believe David is most aptly gifted for and suited to this new role.
We are looking forward as these exciting new developments unfold next year. Please join with the Morling College community in congratulating Karina and David on their new positions.
