Dean of Education

Applications are invited for the position of Dean of Education.

The Dean of Education role is primarily a leadership role providing direction and oversight to the Faculty of Education. It also includes elements of teaching, research and research supervision, and participation in the life of the College.

The position is three days per week 0.60 FTE (negotiable) with the pro-rata equivalent of four weeks of annual leave (ie 12 days per year)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Management of the Morling College Faculty of Education
  2. Oversight of, and involvement in, teaching and learning developments and research supervision within the Morling College Faculty of Education
  3. Maintain personal research active status, and encourage research and scholarship activities within the Morling College Faculty of Education
  4. Involvement in the life of the college
