Applications are invited for the ongoing part-time role of Administrator, in our Morling Online Team. This position is based on-campus at our Morling Sydney campus in Macquarie Park.
This role will work across all college faculties (Bible & Theology, Counselling, Education) and modes (online, on-campus etc) as required, and is responsible for specific areas of Morling Online administration and program and resourcing support. This role also provides assistance to the Director of Morling Online.
The Online Administrator will assist with Moodle enrolments and administration each semester, the curation and preparation of electronic readings and resources, providing basic Moodle support for students, and working with faculty and others in the Morling Online department in the development and implementation of teaching and learning resources for Morling College courses.
The ideal applicant will have demonstrated experience in Moodle administration, be highly motivated, flexible and have demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in Educational Administration is desirable.
The role is 20 hours per week. Actual on-campus attendance hours can be negotiated with the Director of Morling Online (with hours preferably spread over 4-5 days each week). This position would particularly suit someone wishing to work during school hours.
Start date: we are seeking to fill the role as soon as possible.
