Missional theology ‘does what it says on the can’.
Systematic theology considers theological ideas in abstract, e.g. ‘What does the Bible say about atonement?’ But missional theology considers theological ideas in practice, eg ‘How can we better explain what Jesus did on the cross to this particular group of people?’
We also spend time learning from Christians in other cultures about how they see God. Plus, each week we hear from people doing mission right now, and what they have been learning.
